Working Out
There are thousands of workout programs available online and if followed consistently, you'll probably get good results. But what if you need to modify moves due to injury or you have a misconception that weight lifting will make you too bulky? My goal is to give you a combination of what you want but also what you need. I will ask you to challenge yourself because that's how progress is made.

Eating Well
I can give healthy eating tips and strategies or provide a regimented meal plan from my nutrition partner. This is an integral part to lose weight, build muscle and feel good in your body. I'll also recommend supplements to help boost performance and progress.

Consistent Communication
We'll have phone / video check-ins once a week and I'll be in touch via text to make sure you do your workouts, get in your steps and keep your eating on track.
